Account and Personal Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users of the Ahova application can request deletion of their account and personal data.
What Data We Store
When you register and use Ahova, we may store the following account-related information:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Subscription status
- Encrypted password
Passwords are stored only in encrypted form and cannot be viewed in plain text.
Ahova does not store:
- call audio recordings;
- conversation transcripts;
- analyzed conversation content.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account or personal data, send an email from your registered email address to: support@mavitidev.by
Email subject must be:
PERSONAL DATA REMOVAL
In the email body, describe in free form what you would like to delete:
- entire account;
- specific personal data;
- subscription-related information;
- all stored data.
What Happens After Your Request
After verifying the request, we will:
- delete your account and/or requested personal data from our systems;
- remove associated account information where technically possible.
Deletion requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain limited information may be temporarily retained if required:
- by applicable law;
- for fraud prevention;
- for financial or subscription-related recordkeeping obligations.
If retention is required, the data will be securely stored and deleted after the legally required retention period expires.
